A Bit About Me
A defining part of my career was the trust I earned through evolving leadership roles and assignments across businesses that became part of Recruit Holdings. Through mergers, rebranding and organizational change, senior leaders called on me to help integrate businesses, build shared capabilities and translate their priorities into action. My work across TalentTree, Advantage Resourcing, Staffmark Group and Indeed Flex connected field operations with enterprise leadership and spanned teams in the US, UK, Australia and Japan.
More recently, I brought that experience to Kelly, partnering with its CEO and CFO to develop a three-year enterprise strategy, prepare its Board presentation and translate priorities into implementation workstreams.
